Student Retention Workshop Presentations
In May 2009, eight Wabash National Study institutions participated in a workshop on student retention at the Center. During the four-day conference, institutional teams examined data from the Wabash Study and other sources, including NSSE, CIRP, and institutional retention analyses, to see what they could learn about student persistence at their institution and then develop an action plan to improve retention based on the data. One Teagle Scholar worked with each institutional team for the duration of the workshop. See agenda and list of participants.
Four plenary sessions provided a framework for the activities. We are pleased to share the plenary presentations below, two as slides with audio and two as video-recordings. If you have difficulty viewing any of these, please contact Libby Pinkerton at .
